Circular Design
Circular Design
Starting from the measurement of the level of circularity and adopting a holistic supply chain approach, we identify targeted actions and concrete projects to develop sustainable, technically appropriate, and valuable solutions for the company. Through a multidisciplinary team and an international network of experts, we support businesses in the search for strategies aimed at optimizing their business model, covering all the different aspects of circularity.
Creating added value
We integrate circularity principles into the business model for responsible resource management and an increase in the value of products and processes
Preserving
value
We implement strategies to extend the useful life of resources, reducing material waste
and maximizing operational efficiency
Value
recovery
We leverage technologies and processes to recover materials and components, reintegrating them into the production cycle and reducing the need for new resources
Ecosystem regeneration
We design targeted actions to restore degraded ecosystems, ensuring long-term environmental sustainability
Circular analysis and measurement
We conduct a high-level analysis of the context through the collection and processing of environmental, economic, and social data. We assess the business potential by measuring the company’s level of circularity through a holistic evaluation of processes, products, and services, with the goal of identifying concrete opportunities for the implementation of circular and efficient solutions.
Opportunity exploration
Through innovation calls and scouting for new technological solutions, we explore opportunities and design strategies to enhance the company’s level of circularity, following the Design Thinking methodology. We define solutions by considering the various stakeholders involved in the reference system and evaluating the actual impact on each of them, with the goal of ensuring authentic and sustainable innovation from an environmental, economic, and social perspective.
Scenario building
In circular design, scenario building allows for the evaluation of existing activities or the prediction of how the introduction of innovations might influence the system, identifying opportunities for project intervention. The developed scenarios enable the definition of a strategic plan for the company, based on previous internal and external analyses, ensuring innovative solutions that are integrated into the reference context.
