To concretize successful ideas that address relevant issues and can be effectively implemented, we organize Hackathons dedicated to university students and PhD students and structured workshops with research centers and experts in different fields of the Circular Economy

Opportunity development

Through an approach that leverages the methodology of design thinking and integrates it with feasibility analysis, model validation, and environmental, economic, and social impact assessment, we offer a companion path to guide the project team toward more innovative, circular, and sustainable solutions.

Depending on the type of activity, internal or external, undertaken in the problem exploration phase, we structure a phased path of accompaniment, with periodic evaluations every two to three months to monitor progress and make strategic decisions until the project idea is launched in the market. This continuous process of review and improvement will ensure that the project progresses effectively and benefits the company’s business:

Market launch

Following the strategic decisions made, we provide ongoing support during the different phases of evaluation, prototype development and testing, up to market launch, supporting the project team with experts and mentors specializing in different subject areas. We work with the company to assess the feasibility of the project, discussing how it will be implemented. This evaluation process includes analysis of the potential benefits, associated costs, and resources required to successfully complete the project.
