Circularity Tool + AI: we’re looking for 5 companies

We measure your circularity and turn results into concrete actions using Tondo’s tools. The pilot is free for the first 5 companies selected.

In recent years, many companies have started talking about the circular economy, incorporating it into strategies, ESG plans or pilot projects. But in practice, things are often less straightforward: solid baseline measurements are missing, assessment results are not always easy to interpret, and reports risk being underused once produced.

This is exactly where the new Tondo pilot, “Circularity Tool + AI”, comes in: a pathway that combines our measurement tools with an additional layer of analysis supported by artificial intelligence, helping companies understand not only where they stand today, but which actions truly deserve priority.

Why we are doing this

Over the past few years, Tondo has developed four tools dedicated to measuring circularity at product, company and territorial level. These tools already generate automatic reports with graphs, synthetic indicators and comparisons across different circularity dimensions.

But measuring is no longer enough. For many companies, the real challenge comes afterwards: understanding how to read the numbers, translate them into strategies, and connect them to CSRD or transition plans.

The pilot is designed to test an additional step: adding an AI-based analysis layer capable of highlighting:

– areas for improvement
– priority actions
– how to connect results to ESG/CSRD reporting

This is why we are opening the pilot to a limited number of companies interested in testing this approach with us.

Alignment with the most recent frameworks

The indicators we use do not exist in a vacuum. Over the last months, we have been working to increasingly align the logic of our tools with major international circular economy frameworks and standards, including:

– the Global Circularity Protocol for Business, a reference for measuring and managing circular performance

– the ISO 59000 series, with particular focus on ISO 59020 for circularity measurement

This means using families of indicators aligned with these frameworks and structuring results so they are easy to reuse in CSRD reporting and ESG pathways.

We are not talking about formal compliance, but about methodological alignment that continues to evolve.

What we are launching: Circularity Tool + AI Insight

The pilot combines two key components:

1. Tondo’s Circularity Tools

Through structured data collection on products, processes, supply chains or territories, they generate:
– graphs
– synthetic indicators
– comparisons across circularity dimensions

2. An additional AI-Assisted Report

A richer interpretation of the tool results, powered by AI and reviewed by the Tondo team, which:
– highlights hotspots and critical areas

– proposes 5–10 priority actions

– suggests how to integrate results into the circularity strategy and ESG/CSRD reporting

The idea is simple: moving from “we have numbers” to “we know what to do with them”.

What your company receives

Selected companies will receive:
– access to one of Tondo’s circularity tools (chosen at the appropriate level: product, company or territory)
– the automatic report with graphs and indicators
– the AI-assisted report with interpretation, strengths and weaknesses, priority recommendations and links to CSRD/ESG pathways
– a debrief call to present and discuss results and potential next steps

How the pilot works

The process includes five phases:

1. Application
A short form (or email) with information about your company, activities and scope of interest.

2. Selection
Up to 5 companies with a real interest in measuring and improving circularity.

3. Data collection
Onboarding on the selected tool and support to complete the assessment.

4. Output + AI Analysis
Generation of the automatic report and the AI-assisted report with recommendations and links to CSRD.

5. Debrief and next steps
Sharing results and exploring potential developments (eco-design, roadmap, reporting support).

Who should apply

The pilot is suitable for:

– manufacturing companies
– utilities
– service companies
– territorial organizations

It is especially suitable for companies that already have circularity/ESG initiatives or goals, but lack a clear quantitative baseline and want a practical, time-bound way to prioritise actions.

It is not suitable for those looking only for green marketing or a “circular” label without being willing to work with data.

The offer for the first 5 companies

For this first cycle, we provide:

– use of one Tondo circularity tool
– the automatic report with graphs and metrics
– the AI-assisted report with actionable recommendations
– a debrief call with the team

All completely free for the first 5 selected companies starting the pilot in the next months.

In the future, we may run new pilot cycles, offer discounted assessment packages, or release advanced tool + AI + operational support bundles.

How to Apply

To apply to the “Circularity Tool + AI” pilot, email us at info@tondo.tech with subject: “Pilot Tool + AI Application”, including:

– company name and website
– sector and size
– name, role and contact details of the reference person
– scope of interest (product / company / territory)
– 3–4 lines on why you want to measure circularity now

Or you can fill out the dedicated form.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

If this specific pilot is not the right fit or timing, but you are still interested in exploring how AI can support your circular economy projects (eco-design, new products..), we’re testing other formats as well.

Drop us a line at info@tondo.tech with subject “AI + Circular Economy experiments” and we’ll suggest a few options that could work for your organisation.
